Silver Crane National Lithuanian Film Awards (Sidabrinė Gervė) took place May 11, 2013. The Swimmer (Plaukikė) that I wrote and directed won the Best Short Fiction Film award! I attended the ceremony together with producer Justinas Piliponis, director of photography Saulius Lukoševičius, and main actress Eglė Valadkevičiūtė. Lina Kačiušytė, Lithuanian Olympic swimming champion, announced that we won and handed in the award.
