January 2005 – Mailing list vilma@vilma.cc is started to discuss the possibilities and methods of reclaiming public spaces, cultural purpose of space and the return of the cinema Lietuva to the people. Discussion expands towards the general debates about the rights to the city. Mailinglist is subscribed by more than 200 members, mostly activists that come from various backgrounds.
