Vilnius  County  Administrative  Court  opens the court case (No.4 AS-261 – 166/09) and satisfies the citizen’s request to apply temporal measures and put the arrest on the detailed planning of the lot of cinema Lietuva (stopping the development), as it was approved by the Vilnius City Council.
