Workshop picture-book

Baltic Sheep Cheese Workshop took place at the Korpo school’s kitchen on Tuesday June 14, 2011.  Cecilia Perrson from Postad in Åland Islands was leading the workshop and it was organized with the help of Maarit Munkki from Korpo in Turku Archipelago.

Sheep milk for the experimental Baltic Sheep Cheese workshop was collected at two organic farms in Lithaunia, Audrius farm in Darguziai and Kristina’s farm in Dvargaliai, and on Monday June 13 2011 smuggled to Finland via Latvia and Estonia.

On Wednesday June 8 2011 we visit Kristina and her sheep farm in Dvargaliai on the border to Latvia. Kristina has two hundred sheep and will collect milk for experimental Baltic Sheep Cheese workshop.
