On Tuesday June 7 2011 we met professor Lars in Stockholm. Professor is the pioneer of Swedish industrial design and was a teacher of Frank, Pia’s husband. In seventies Lars used to work for Alfa Laval and design the best milking machines in the world.
On Sunday June 5 we visit Cecilia Perrson the only sheep dairy farmer and producer in Finland who lives in Postad in autonomous Åland Islands.
Cecilia’s sheep graze on neighbouring meadow. Sheep were hiding, not easy to find.
On Sunday morning, June 5, 2011 we take Europa Silja line boat from Stockholm to Marianhamn in Aland islands to visit Cecilia’s farm, to meet her and prepare for the UTO-PIA experimental cheese making workshop. We have Giedrius our friend and cameraman on board. We are eager to test new recording equipment: microphones and dream-sound-devices.
