The Petition Committee of the Government concludes with decision to “halfway satisfy claims by citizens expressed in the petition July 11, 2006”. Their decision is not interrupting proceedings of the detailed planning of the lot, although two of the ministries are commissioned by the Government to establish work-groups to discuss and prepare legislation regarding “notion of the public space in the law of the territory planning” (Ministry of Environment) and “the regulations for registry of public and cultural spaces” (Ministry of Culture and Vilnius Municipality).
