May 8, 2007 – Four citizens – Tomas Bakucionis, Jurate Markeviciene, Vytautas Domasevicius and Gediminas Urbonas have been subpoenaed to appear before the Vilnius County Administrative Court on the matter of their submission to the court of an ‘abrogation of responsibility’ by the Governor Administration of Vilnius County – for awarding building/redevelopment consent for the site of cinema Lietuva.
