Art collector Viktoras Butkus announces that Lords LB Opportunity Fund II withdraw its interest from development of the land lot of cinema Lietuva and he has a plan to build the Modern Art Centre instead of hybrid premises of residential building and museum. The cinema building is to be bought by the company with the changed name UAB MMC projektai, which is owned by art collector and his partners.
