Vilnius City 1st Vicinity Court takes a decision in the Civil case No.3 to reject the complaint and not to award the compensation for real estate developer M2 Invest from Jurate Markeviciene. During the examination of the case comparing the transcript and original broadcast recordings it was found that developer company M2 Invest have presented the court with transcription, that was not compatible with what was originally said during the broadcasting.
